The apartment building called Cascada Verde and located on the crossroad of the streets 31 August and Alexandri was built in 2007. It consists of three doorways, 48 apartments of 2 and 3 rooms, two apartments on each floor. Each door way is equipped with the electronic key access. There is the underground parking in the building with the driveway open from both streets. No elevator access to the parking. The heating system is private for each apartment.
